Question: Results of self-hypnosis suggestions and commands. I’m curious what self-hypnosis suggestions and commands people use, when, and how well it works. One patient I know of wants to be adventurous but struggles with anxiety. She now makes suggestions and commands to herself every night before she falls asleep and viualizes—usually enjoying an adventurous outing.
